2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

¼ cup finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium heat and oil the grates.

  • Brush salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  • Grill salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes.

  • Brush with barbecue sauce during the final minutes.

  • Remove when internal temperature reaches 145°F.
