These gnome mini cheesecakes are no-bake, creamy holiday treats topped with strawberries, frosting beards, and candy eyes. Festive, fun, and easy to make ahead—perfect for Christmas gatherings.
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
12 strawberries, hulled
1/2 cup white frosting or whipped topping
24 candy eyes or mini chocolate chips
Optional: mini M&Ms or sugar pearls for noses
Mix graham crumbs and melted butter. Press into lined mini muffin pan. Chill for 10–15 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Whip cream to soft peaks. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
Spoon or pipe filling onto crusts. Chill 2+ hours until firm.
Top each with a strawberry hat.
Pipe frosting around base for beard.
Add eyes and optional nose.
Chill until serving.
