A layered dessert of rich brownies, Baileys-spiked chocolate cheesecake mousse, and fluffy whipped cream — the ultimate trifle for chocolate lovers.
Chocolate Base:
4–5 cups chocolate cake or brownie cubes
2–3 tbsp Baileys (optional)
Mousse:
8 oz cream cheese
½ cup powdered sugar
½ cup Baileys Irish Cream
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
1 cup heavy cream (whipped)
Whipped Cream:
1½ cups heavy cream
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
(Optional) 1 tbsp Baileys
Cube brownies or cake. Moisten with Baileys if desired.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add melted chocolate and Baileys. Fold in whipped cream.
Whip remaining cream with sugar and vanilla.
In a trifle dish, layer cake, mousse, and whipped cream. Repeat.
Top with chocolate curls or Baileys drizzle. Chill 2–24 hours.
Make in a trifle bowl or individual glasses.
Substitute Irish cream creamer for non-alcoholic version.
