A layered dessert of rich brownies, Baileys-spiked chocolate cheesecake mousse, and fluffy whipped cream — the ultimate trifle for chocolate lovers.

Ingredients

Chocolate Base:

  • 45 cups chocolate cake or brownie cubes

  • 23 tbsp Baileys (optional)

Mousse:

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • ½ cup Baileys Irish Cream

  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted

  • 1 cup heavy cream (whipped)

Whipped Cream:

  • 1½ cups heavy cream

  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • (Optional) 1 tbsp Baileys

Instructions

  • Cube brownies or cake. Moisten with Baileys if desired.

  • Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add melted chocolate and Baileys. Fold in whipped cream.

  • Whip remaining cream with sugar and vanilla.

  • In a trifle dish, layer cake, mousse, and whipped cream. Repeat.

  • Top with chocolate curls or Baileys drizzle. Chill 2–24 hours.

Notes

  • Make in a trifle bowl or individual glasses.

  • Substitute Irish cream creamer for non-alcoholic version.

  • Keeps 3 days refrigerated.
