Tender grilled Balsamic Flank Steak marinated with garlic, herbs, and balsamic vinegar for a rich sweet-savory flavor.
1 1/2 pounds flank steak
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Whisk balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, honey, mustard, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Marinate flank steak for at least 1 hour.
Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
Remove steak from marinade and cook 4–6 minutes per side.
Rest steak for 5–10 minutes.
Slice thinly against the grain.
Serve warm with optional parsley garnish.
Marinating longer deepens flavor. Skirt steak can substitute for flank steak.
