Tender grilled Bang Bang Chicken Skewers drizzled with creamy, spicy-sweet sauce and garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 teaspoon honey
4–6 wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  • Marinate chicken with soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper for 15–30 minutes.

  • Preheat grill, skillet, or broiler to medium-high.

  • Thread chicken onto skewers, leaving small gaps.

  • Cook 3–5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  • Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey for bang bang sauce.

  • Drizzle or brush sauce on cooked skewers.

  • Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or cilantro. Serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sriracha for spice level. Vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini can be added to skewers.
