Crispy salmon bites tossed in a creamy, sweet and spicy bang bang sauce, served over rice with fresh vegetables for a vibrant, satisfying bowl.

Ingredients

1 pound salmon fillet, cubed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 teaspoon lime juice
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 cucumber sliced
1 avocado sliced
2 green onions chopped
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Toss salmon with oil, spices, and cornstarch.
  • Cook in skillet over medium-high heat 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to make sauce.
  • Toss cooked salmon with sauce.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, vegetables, and salmon.
  • Drizzle extra sauce and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Use air fryer for extra crispiness; adjust spice level to taste; substitute Greek yogurt for a lighter sauce.
