4 salmon fillets skin-on
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 ripe mango diced
1 ripe avocado diced
1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium and oil grates.

  • Brush salmon with olive oil and season.

  • Grill skin-side down 4 to 5 minutes, flip and cook 3 to 4 minutes more.

  • Combine mango, avocado, onion, cilantro, and lime juice.
