Ingredients

  • 2 large scoops vanilla or chocolate ice cream

  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 1/2 to 1 brownie, broken into chunks

  • Optional: chocolate syrup, whipped cream, extra brownie for garnish

Instructions

  • Soften ice cream for 5–10 minutes.

  • Add ice cream, milk, and brownie chunks to blender.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

  • Add chocolate syrup or more brownie as desired and pulse again.

  • Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream and garnish.

Notes
