1/2 cup unsalted butter
6 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin.
Melt butter and chocolate together; cool slightly.
Whisk sugars, eggs, and vanilla until thick and pale.
Add melted chocolate and mix until glossy.
Fold in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and chocolate chips.
