Brownies:

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Decorations (Optional):

  • Candy eyes

  • Halloween sprinkles

  • Orange, purple, or black icing

  • White chocolate or royal icing

  • Crushed Oreos

  • Mini M&Ms or Reese’s Pieces

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch pan.

  • Mix butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

  • Stir in cocoa, flour, and salt until smooth.

  • Fold in chocolate chips if using.

  • Spread into pan and decorate before baking if desired.

  • Bake 22–26 minutes. Cool completely.

  • Add post-bake decorations and slice.
