Tender shredded chicken tossed in spicy buffalo sauce, topped with cheese, lettuce, and ranch or blue cheese dressing on soft slider buns for a zesty, crowd-pleasing bite.

1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
12 slider buns, preferably soft Hawaiian or dinner rolls
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or provolone cheese
1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
1 cup shredded lettuce
Optional: sliced celery for garnish

Instructions

  • Toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until coated.

  • Slice buns and optionally toast lightly.

  • Assemble sliders with chicken, cheese, lettuce, dressing, and optional celery.

  • Place top buns over filling and serve immediately.

  • Optionally broil for 2–3 minutes for melty cheese.

Notes

Serve with extra buffalo sauce or dressing for dipping. Use whole-grain buns for a healthier option.
