These no-bake Cinnamon Toast Crunch bars are gooey, crunchy, and full of sweet cinnamon-sugar flavor—perfect for snacks, parties, or quick treats.
6 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: pinch of salt, white chocolate chips, extra cereal for topping
Grease a 9×13-inch pan and line with parchment if desired.
In a large pot, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
Quickly fold in cereal until fully coated.
Press into pan gently using greased hands or wax paper.
Let cool 30–45 minutes. Cut into bars and serve.
Store at room temp in an airtight container up to 3 days.
Add mix-ins like chocolate chips or drizzle after cooling.
Don’t refrigerate—bars may harden.
