These no-bake Cinnamon Toast Crunch bars are gooey, crunchy, and full of sweet cinnamon-sugar flavor—perfect for snacks, parties, or quick treats.

  • 6 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal

  • 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: pinch of salt, white chocolate chips, extra cereal for topping

Instructions

  • Grease a 9×13-inch pan and line with parchment if desired.

  • In a large pot, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted.

  • Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.

  • Quickly fold in cereal until fully coated.

  • Press into pan gently using greased hands or wax paper.

  • Let cool 30–45 minutes. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

  • Store at room temp in an airtight container up to 3 days.

  • Add mix-ins like chocolate chips or drizzle after cooling.
