Cheesy Garlic Rolls are soft homemade bread rolls brushed with garlic butter and topped with melted mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
3 cups all-purpose flour
2¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm water
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons butter melted
3 cloves garlic minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella
¼ cup grated Parmesan
Chopped parsley optional
Activate yeast in warm water with sugar.
Mix flour and salt.
Add yeast mixture and olive oil.
Knead until smooth.
Let rise 1 hour.
Shape into 12 rolls and rise again.
Brush with garlic butter.
Bake 18 to 22 minutes at 375°F.
Add cheese and bake until melted.
Garnish and serve warm.
Use warm water to activate yeast.
Do not overbake to keep rolls soft.
Store airtight for freshness.
