Chocolate Fudge Brownie Bread – Ultra Rich Loaf

Fudgy, moist chocolate bread swirled with hot fudge and chocolate chips — the perfect dessert-meets-snack for every chocoholic.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ cup melted butter

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • 1½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)

  • ½ cup hot fudge sauce (warmed)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×5″ loaf pan with parchment.

  • Whisk flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.

  • In another bowl, mix butter, sugars, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Add dry ingredients to wet and mix gently.

  • Fold in chocolate chips.

  • Pour half the batter into the pan. Drizzle with half the fudge. Repeat with remaining batter and fudge. Swirl gently.

  • Bake 55–65 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.

  • Cool before slicing.

Notes

  • Replace fudge with Nutella or peanut butter for variations.

  • Freeze slices individually for easy treats later.

  • Best served warm with ice cream or cold milk.
