1/2 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the nut butter, maple syrup, and chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in cocoa powder and vanilla.
