Elegant, no-bake Medjool dates stuffed with sweet or savory fillings. Quick to make, naturally sweet, and perfect for entertaining or gifting.

  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted

  • 1/4 cup almond butter or nut butter of choice

  • 1/4 cup softened cream cheese or goat cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped toasted pistachios, walnuts, or pecans

  • Optional: dark chocolate for melting, sea salt flakes, shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Slice dates open lengthwise and remove pits.

  • Fill half with nut butter, half with cream cheese (or any desired combination).

  • Sprinkle with chopped nuts or drizzle with melted chocolate.

  • Chill for 15 minutes before serving, if needed.

Notes

Use piping bags for cleaner presentation. Can be made vegan or nut-free with substitutions. Store in fridge up to 3 days.
