Elegant, no-bake Medjool dates stuffed with sweet or savory fillings. Quick to make, naturally sweet, and perfect for entertaining or gifting.
12 Medjool dates, pitted
1/4 cup almond butter or nut butter of choice
1/4 cup softened cream cheese or goat cheese
1/4 cup chopped toasted pistachios, walnuts, or pecans
Optional: dark chocolate for melting, sea salt flakes, shredded coconut
Slice dates open lengthwise and remove pits.
Fill half with nut butter, half with cream cheese (or any desired combination).
Sprinkle with chopped nuts or drizzle with melted chocolate.
Chill for 15 minutes before serving, if needed.
