12 Medjool dates, pitted
6 tbsp nut butter, cream cheese, or goat cheese
2 tbsp chopped nuts, seeds, or dried fruit
ΒΌ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  • Slice dates lengthwise and remove pits, creating a pocket.

  • Fill each date with 1–2 tsp of your chosen filling.

  • Press toppings into filling gently.

  • Optional: Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and drizzle over dates.

  • Chill for 10–15 minutes or serve immediately.
