These Cranberry Cream Cheese Crescent Bites are a quick and festive treat combining creamy filling, tart cranberries, and flaky pastry — perfect for the holidays or anytime entertaining.
1 can crescent roll dough (8 count)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp granulated sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
½ cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)
Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Unroll dough and separate into triangles. For smaller bites, slice each triangle in half.
Add 1 tsp cream cheese mix to center of each triangle. Top with ½–1 tsp cranberry sauce.
Fold corners over filling and pinch to seal.
Brush with egg wash.
Bake for 11–13 minutes or until golden.
Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Substitute jam or different cheeses for variety.
Store in fridge up to 3 days; reheat before serving.
