These Cranberry Cream Cheese Crescent Bites are a quick and festive treat combining creamy filling, tart cranberries, and flaky pastry — perfect for the holidays or anytime entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8 count)

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • ½ cup whole-berry cranberry sauce

  • 1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)

  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Unroll dough and separate into triangles. For smaller bites, slice each triangle in half.

  • Add 1 tsp cream cheese mix to center of each triangle. Top with ½–1 tsp cranberry sauce.

  • Fold corners over filling and pinch to seal.

  • Brush with egg wash.

  • Bake for 11–13 minutes or until golden.

  • Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

  • Substitute jam or different cheeses for variety.

  • Store in fridge up to 3 days; reheat before serving.
