4 large flour tortillas
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1–2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: 4–6 slices deli turkey or ham
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cranberries, green onions, pecans, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Spread mixture evenly over tortillas.
Layer with deli meat if using.
Roll each tortilla tightly into a log and wrap in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
Slice into 1/2-inch pinwheels and serve.
