4 oz prosciutto
4 oz salami
4 oz peppered turkey slices
6 oz aged cheddar, cubed
6 oz brie, wedge or round
4 oz cranberry goat cheese
1 cup red grapes
1 pear, sliced
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup dried apricots
1/4 cup candied pecans
1/4 cup almonds or walnuts
1/4 cup cornichons
1/4 cup green or kalamata olives
1/3 cup fig jam
2 tbsp grainy mustard
1 cup assorted crackers
1/2 baguette, sliced and toasted
