These chewy, no-bake bars combine Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, melted marshmallows, and creamy cookie butter for a sweet and spiced treat that’s ready in minutes.
6 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
6 cups mini marshmallows
½ cup cookie butter (Biscoff spread)
4 tbsp unsalted butter
Optional: white chocolate chips, crushed cookies, sea salt, drizzle toppings
Grease or line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment.
In a large pot, melt butter over medium-low heat. Stir in cookie butter.
Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
Remove from heat. Quickly fold in cereal until coated.
Transfer to prepared pan and press gently into an even layer.
Add desired toppings while warm.
Cool at room temp for 1 hour. Slice and serve.
Use fresh cereal and marshmallows for best texture.
Store airtight at room temp up to 3 days.
