These chewy, no-bake bars combine Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, melted marshmallows, and creamy cookie butter for a sweet and spiced treat that’s ready in minutes.

  • 6 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal

  • 6 cups mini marshmallows

  • ½ cup cookie butter (Biscoff spread)

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

  • Optional: white chocolate chips, crushed cookies, sea salt, drizzle toppings

Instructions

  • Grease or line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment.

  • In a large pot, melt butter over medium-low heat. Stir in cookie butter.

  • Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.

  • Remove from heat. Quickly fold in cereal until coated.

  • Transfer to prepared pan and press gently into an even layer.

  • Add desired toppings while warm.

  • Cool at room temp for 1 hour. Slice and serve.
