Creamy Garlic Chicken Ramen is a comforting bowl of tender chicken, noodles, and a rich garlic-infused creamy broth.

2 chicken thighs or breasts
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
5 cloves garlic
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 packs ramen noodles
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 cup spinach
2 green onions
2 eggs

Instructions

  • Season and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked.
  • Remove and sauté garlic in butter.
  • Add broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil, then simmer.
  • Stir in cream and cook until slightly thickened.
  • Cook ramen noodles separately and drain.
  • Add mushrooms and spinach to the broth.
  • Slice chicken and assemble bowls with noodles, broth, and toppings.

Notes

Cook noodles separately to prevent them from becoming too soft. Adjust cream for desired richness.
