1 pound potato gnocchi
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
5 ounces fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • Bring salted water to a boil and cook gnocchi until they float. Remove and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onion until soft.
  • Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
  • Stir in butter and heavy cream, warming gently.
