1 pound potato gnocchi
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup vegetable broth
1 cup heavy cream
3 cups fresh baby spinach
¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Boil gnocchi according to package directions until they float, then drain.
