1 pound baby potatoes, halved
3 large carrots, peeled and cut into chunks

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Place potatoes and carrots in the crock pot.
