1 1/2 pounds chicken
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup capers
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons butter
Adjust lemon juice for taste. Add butter at the end for a smooth sauce.
