3 pounds beef chuck roast
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
3 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
6 rolls
6 slices provolone cheese
