A simple, 4-ingredient Snickers-inspired bark made with dates, peanuts, peanut butter, and melted chocolate. A no-bake, naturally sweetened dessert or snack.
10–12 Medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup roasted salted peanuts
2–3 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
1/2 to 3/4 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
Line a tray with parchment paper. Flatten pitted dates into a rectangle shape, sticky side up.
Drizzle or spread peanut butter over the date layer (optional).
Sprinkle peanuts on top and press gently.
Melt chocolate and pour over the top. Spread evenly with a spatula.
Freeze for 20–25 minutes until set. Slice into squares and serve.
For nut-free, use seed butter and seeds. Store in fridge up to 1 week or freezer up to 1 month.
