1 cup pitted Medjool dates
2 large eggs
¼ cup melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¾ cup almond flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup dark chocolate chips optional
Preheat oven to 350°F and line 8×8 pan.
Soak dates if needed and drain.
