1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×9-inch pan.

  • Whisk melted butter and sugars.

  • Add eggs and vanilla.

  • Mix flour, baking powder, and salt; fold into batter.

  • Spread into pan and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.

  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes until edges are golden.

  • Cool completely before slicing.
