1.5 pounds chicken or beef
3 bell peppers, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup broth
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Add peppers and onions to crockpot.
  • Season meat and place on top.
  • Mix broth, lime juice, and oil, then pour over.
