A fun and decadent treat with fresh strawberries, chewy brownie bites, and optional chocolate drizzle—served on skewers for easy entertaining.
1 lb fresh strawberries, rinsed and hulled
3 cups brownie cubes (from homemade or store-bought brownies)
½ cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips (optional)
1 tsp coconut oil or butter (optional)
1½ cups whipped cream (optional for serving)
Prepare strawberries: wash, dry, and halve if large.
Cut brownies into 1-inch cubes.
Thread brownies and strawberries alternately onto skewers.
Optional: Melt chocolate with coconut oil and drizzle over kabobs. Let set.
Chill until ready to serve.
Serve with whipped cream or dipping sauce if desired.
Use firm, fresh strawberries for best results.
