A fun and decadent treat with fresh strawberries, chewy brownie bites, and optional chocolate drizzle—served on skewers for easy entertaining.

Ingredients

1 lb fresh strawberries, rinsed and hulled
3 cups brownie cubes (from homemade or store-bought brownies)
½ cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips (optional)
1 tsp coconut oil or butter (optional)
1½ cups whipped cream (optional for serving)

Instructions

  • Prepare strawberries: wash, dry, and halve if large.

  • Cut brownies into 1-inch cubes.

  • Thread brownies and strawberries alternately onto skewers.

  • Optional: Melt chocolate with coconut oil and drizzle over kabobs. Let set.

  • Chill until ready to serve.

  • Serve with whipped cream or dipping sauce if desired.

Notes

Use firm, fresh strawberries for best results.
For mini kabobs, use toothpicks.
Assemble up to 4 hours ahead and store in fridge.
