These eggless brownies are rich, fudgy, and ultra-chocolatey — made with simple ingredients and no eggs, perfect for anyone avoiding eggs or dairy.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (optional)

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or buttermilk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line and grease an 8×8 pan.

  • Melt butter and chocolate. Cool slightly.

  • Mix with sugar, yogurt, and vanilla.

  • Sift in flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Fold gently.

  • Pour into pan. Top with chips or nuts if desired.

  • Bake 25–30 minutes. Cool before slicing.
