Garlic Butter Steak with Parmesan Cream Sauce is a rich and flavorful dish featuring seared steak topped with a smooth, creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.

Ingredients

2 steaks
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup mushrooms (optional)
1 cup spinach (optional)
1 tablespoon parsley

Instructions

  • Season steaks and sear in hot oil until browned on both sides.
  • Add butter and baste the steaks, then remove and rest.
  • Cook garlic (and mushrooms if using) in the same pan.
  • Add cream and simmer gently.
  • Stir in Parmesan and seasonings.
  • Add spinach if using and let wilt.
  • Return steaks to pan and coat with sauce.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.
