These Gnome Mini Cheesecakes are a no-bake Christmas dessert made with creamy cheesecake filling, a buttery crust, and festive strawberry “gnome hats.” Fun to make and adorable to serve!
Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
Cheesecake Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
Toppings:
12–16 strawberries, hulled and trimmed
Whipped cream for decorating
Mini marshmallows or sugar pearls (for noses)
Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into mini muffin liners. Chill 15 minutes.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla. Mix well.
Fold in whipped cream until fluffy. Spoon or pipe onto crusts. Chill 2–4 hours.
Top each with a strawberry (flat side down). Pipe whipped cream around the base and tip. Add “nose.”
Dust with powdered sugar and serve chilled.
Use freeze-dried berries in the filling for extra flavor.
Decorate just before serving for best results.
Store refrigerated up to 3 days.
