These Gnome Mini Cheesecakes are a no-bake Christmas dessert made with creamy cheesecake filling, a buttery crust, and festive strawberry “gnome hats.” Fun to make and adorable to serve!

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping

Toppings:

  • 1216 strawberries, hulled and trimmed

  • Whipped cream for decorating

  • Mini marshmallows or sugar pearls (for noses)

  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into mini muffin liners. Chill 15 minutes.

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla. Mix well.

  • Fold in whipped cream until fluffy. Spoon or pipe onto crusts. Chill 2–4 hours.

  • Top each with a strawberry (flat side down). Pipe whipped cream around the base and tip. Add “nose.”

  • Dust with powdered sugar and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use freeze-dried berries in the filling for extra flavor.

  • Decorate just before serving for best results.

  • Store refrigerated up to 3 days.
