1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies
1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line and grease an 8×8-inch pan.
Melt butter, then stir in cookie butter until smooth. Cool slightly.
Whisk in sugars, egg, and vanilla until glossy.
