3 cups cooked brown rice or quinoa
1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
1 cucumber diced
1/4 red onion thinly sliced
1/2 cup crumbled feta
1 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  • Marinate chicken at least 30 minutes.
