Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken thighs or breasts
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice

4 pita breads
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup olives
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Mix marinade and coat chicken pieces.
  • Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • Prepare feta dip by blending ingredients.
  • Thread chicken onto skewers.
  • Grill until cooked through and lightly charred.
  • Warm pita and arrange board with vegetables and dip.
  • Serve chicken skewers with grazing board.
