Grilled Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers made with tender marinated chicken, ranch seasoning, garlic, and Parmesan grilled until juicy and lightly charred.

Ingredients

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts cut into cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley chopped optional
Skewers wooden or metal

Instructions

  • Soak wooden skewers if using.

  • Mix olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic, Parmesan, lemon juice, and pepper.

  • Add chicken and coat thoroughly. Marinate 30 minutes to 4 hours.

  • Preheat grill to medium high heat.

  • Thread chicken onto skewers.

  • Grill 10 to 12 minutes turning occasionally until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  • Rest briefly and garnish with parsley before serving.
