Banana Brownies are ultra-moist, rich, and naturally sweetened with ripe bananas. A perfect blend of banana bread and chocolate brownies for an easy, fudgy treat.
2 ripe bananas, mashed
½ cup granulated or brown sugar
½ cup melted butter or coconut oil
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch pan.
In a bowl, mash bananas. Add butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix well.
Stir in cocoa powder, then flour and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
Spread into pan and bake 22–25 min.
Cool, slice, and enjoy!
Use very ripe bananas for best flavor. Store up to 3 days at room temp or freeze. Customize with nuts or peanut butter swirls.
