5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
Cut beef into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
Optional: Brown beef in a skillet for extra flavor.
Place beef in slow cooker with garlic, butter, broth, and seasoning.
Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
Stir in cornstarch slurry during last 20 minutes if thicker sauce is desired.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
