Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites are tender cubes of beef simmered in a rich garlic butter sauce for a hearty high-protein dinner.

Ingredients

2 pounds beef stew meat or chuck roast, cubed
4 tablespoons butter, melted
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Cut beef into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.

  • Optional: Brown beef in a skillet for extra flavor.

  • Place beef in slow cooker with garlic, butter, broth, and seasoning.

  • Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.

  • Stir in cornstarch slurry during last 20 minutes if thicker sauce is desired.

  • Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Browning the beef first adds deeper flavor but is optional.
