Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare baking dish.

  • Arrange pear halves cut side up.

  • Brush with honey, butter, and cinnamon mixture.

  • Roast 25 to 30 minutes until tender.

  • Simmer cranberries, sugar, and water until thickened.

  • Blend cranberry mixture if desired.
