½ teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon butter for cooking

Instructions

  • Boil peeled potatoes until tender and mash until smooth.

  • Shape dough into a round disk on a floured surface.

  • Cut the disk into four wedges.

  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
