1 1/2 pounds chicken
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
8 ounces mushrooms
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons parsley
8 ounces egg noodles
Instructions
- Cook noodles and set aside.
- Season and cook chicken until browned.
- Remove and sauté onion, garlic, and mushrooms.
- Stir in flour and cook briefly.
- Add broth and simmer until thickened.
- Return chicken and add paprika.
- Stir in sour cream on low heat.
- Serve over noodles and garnish with parsley.
