2 pounds chicken breasts, cubed
1 cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 red bell pepper, chunks
1 green bell pepper, chunks
1/2 red onion, chunks
1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Mix barbecue sauce, oil, garlic, and spices.
  • Coat chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
  • Grill for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Brush with extra sauce and cook until done.
