Crack Burgers made with ground beef, cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, and ranch seasoning for juicy and flavor-packed patties.

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds ground beef 80/20
4 ounces cream cheese softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
2 green onions sliced
4 burger buns
Optional lettuce tomato pickles extra cheese slices

Instructions

  • Cook bacon until crisp and chop.

  • Mix ground beef, cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, ranch seasoning, and green onions.

  • Form into 4 patties with slight indentation in center.

  • Preheat grill or skillet to medium heat.

  • Cook 4 to 5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

  • Add extra cheese during final minute if desired.

  • Toast buns and assemble burgers with toppings.

  • Serve warm.

Notes
