1 1/2 pounds ground beef 80/20
4 ounces cream cheese softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
2 green onions sliced
4 burger buns

Cook bacon until crisp and chop.
Mix ground beef, cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, ranch seasoning, and green onions.
Form into 4 patties with slight indentation in center.
Preheat grill or skillet to medium heat.
