Korean-Style Baked Cauliflower features crispy roasted cauliflower coated in a sweet, savory, and spicy Korean-inspired glaze.

Ingredients

1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup cornstarch
½ cup water
½ teaspoon salt

For the sauce:
2 tablespoons gochujang
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil

For garnish:
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet.

  • Whisk flour, cornstarch, salt, and water to make a batter.

  • Coat cauliflower florets in batter and arrange on the baking sheet.

  • Bake 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  • Heat sauce ingredients in a saucepan until smooth.

  • Toss roasted cauliflower with sauce.

  • Return to oven for 5 minutes to caramelize.

  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

Keep space between florets while roasting to achieve crisp texture.
