Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker or biscuit crumbs
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
⅓ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
¾ cup heavy cream, cold
½ cup fruit topping (jam, compote, or fresh fruit)

Instructions

  • Mix crumbs and melted butter until combined. Set aside.

  • Whip heavy cream to soft peaks. Chill.

  • Beat cream cheese with sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.

  • Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

  • Layer crumbs, filling, and fruit in jars or glasses.

  • Chill at least 1 hour before serving.

  • Garnish as desired and serve cold.
