1 cup graham cracker or biscuit crumbs

½ cup fruit topping (jam, compote, or fresh fruit)
Mix crumbs and melted butter until combined. Set aside.
Whip heavy cream to soft peaks. Chill.
Beat cream cheese with sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.
