    • ½ cup heavy whipping cream

    • ½ cup heavy cream

    • 100g chopped dark or semi-sweet chocolate

  • Optional Toppings:

Instructions

  • Layer crumbled or cubed brownies into 6–8 dessert cups.

  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Whip cream to soft peaks and fold into cream cheese mixture.

  • Spoon cheesecake layer over brownies and level the top.

  • Heat cream, pour over chocolate, let sit 1 min, stir into ganache.

  • Cool slightly and spoon over cheesecake layer.

  • Garnish and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
